You will notice that the delivery cost is set to $0.00 at checkout! That's right - there is no charge for shipping to any Australian address, ever! 

24 Hour Turnaround

We promise to address and post your ball within less than 24 hours of your order. 

Product Guarantee

If you receive a ball and it's been damaged, simply send it back to the return address, and we'll send a new one to you free of charge!

How big are the balls?

The balls are 25-30 centimetres in diameter. Think of them as the same size as a regular soccer ball. 

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?

Absolutely. When you complete our checkout process, PayPal will allow you to print a receipt for your purchase. They will also email you a receipt for your purchase. 

How do you ship the ball?

We address the back of the ball and apply stamps to the ball directly. There is no need to apply ugly, concealing packaging to the ball - this only takes away from the fun of receiving such an exciting gift in the mail! 

How long will it take for my ball to be delivered?

We ship all of our balls through Australia Post, who guarantee a 1-5 day delivery.

Are there different shipping rates?

Nope! All shipping is free Australia wide. 

Can I get the ball express shipped? 

Unfortunately we only send balls through regular post - this allows us to provide free shipping to everyone. 

Can I ship to a PO Box or Work / School address?

If an address exists, we can post your ball there. Remember though, the more specific the details, the better chance your ball has arriving on time to the right person.

Can I gift a ball overseas?

Unfortunately, our service only extends to sending balls Australia wide. 

Can I gift a ball to someone in Australia if I'm overseas?

Yes you can. As long as you have a Pay Pal account, or your credit card is issued from a country recognised by the Pay Pal payment system, you can gift a ball from anywhere in the world to someone in Australia.

Do you ship on weekends?

Personally, we like to work all types of odd days and hours. Sadly, the post office will only take and deliver our packages during the week, so don't expect your ball on a weekend.

Can I get a corporate rate for multiple purchases?

If you want to send a whole bunch of Gift A Balls, send us an email at bounce@giftaball.com.au and we are happy to discuss a discounted rate.  

Does the price include GST?

As Gift A Ball is only just starting out, based on Australian tax legislation, we're not liable for GST, which means neither are you! 

Where do I enter my discount code?

In the second step of the checkout process you will notice a section called 'DISCOUNTS'. Simply enter your coupon code here and click 'Apply'. If you have a valid coupon, this will immediately be reflected in the price displayed on the top right of the page. 

Does my address go on the ball?

As a sender, only your name goes on the 'From' section of the ball, not your address.

Does my surname go on the ball?

What ever you provide us with in the first and last name sections of the sender details will be written on the ball. The same goes for the receivers details - what ever you provide, we print on the ball.

Can I customise my ball with a personal message?

Gift A Ball provides five messages which we hope can be applied to most situations - these cannot be changed. Where you can be creative is in your sender / receiver details - don't want to send from boring 'John Smith'? Why not send from 'Lover-boy John'? We'll let you be the creative one here. 

Will my purchase post anything on my Facebook?

No, your purchase will not be posted to Facebook or any other social media sites (your secret is safe with us!).

What material is the ball made of?

The ball is made of very sturdy PVC plastic. Nothing like a balloon, Gift A Ball's are manufactured in a special process with multiple layers of plastic, which makes it very hard to puncture! 

Privacy Policy

We hate it when our inbox gets filled with junk after an online purchase. We also hate being hypocrites. So, we promise to keep all of your details a secret, vowing to never pass them on to third party stalkers.

Refund Policy

If you receive a ball and it has been punctured or badly damaged, simply send it back to our return address and we will instantly send you another one free of charge! No one likes receiving punctured gifts; they don't bounce very far.
